Meet Chéleah 

Equity Practitioner & Facilitator

Chéleah Googe (she/her) is a Black Womanist K-12 educator, facilitator, and racial equity advocate. She is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at an independent school in Washington, DC. Chéleah is a doctoral student whose research centers Black women educators and the identity development of BIPOC students. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Education Policy and a Masters of Education in Counselor Education.

Abigail Whorley (she/her) is an MBA candidate with an emphasis on independent school leadership. She currently serves as a Middle School teacher, Co-Team Leader, and Chair of the Religion Department at an independent school in Richmond, VA.
